Your initial consultation takes place in an unhurried setting in a private consultation room at Utoquai. We listen, assess your skin, facial movement and proportions, and discuss the available options. Only then do you decide whether and how you would like to proceed.

No. The consultation is a conversation, not a sales situation. We will not carry out any treatment that same day unless you explicitly want it, and you are under no obligation to proceed.

The easiest way to arrange an appointment is via the enquiry form or by phone. We will contact you personally and find a suitable time.

Consultations are available in German and English. Please state your preferred language when you make your enquiry.

Allow around 45 minutes. We take the time to understand your starting point, rather than deciding on a treatment in advance.

Injections are performed by a doctor. Laser and energy-based procedures are performed or supervised by a doctor. Care-related steps are handled by experienced medical professionals in the team. Every treatment remains under medical responsibility.

Yes. We think in strategies, not individual devices: a combination of several carefully calibrated steps often produces a more natural result than a single treatment.

You do not need to prepare anything for the initial consultation. If a treatment is planned, you will receive clear guidance in advance, for example about medication or sun exposure.

Our aim is ‘refreshed, not altered’. We use restrained doses and often work in several small steps. Our clinic is deliberately not the right fit for anyone seeking a very conspicuous result.

Many facial treatments allow you to continue your normal routine, sometimes with mild redness for one or two days. Deeper procedures require more time. We discuss the specific downtime honestly with you before every step.

That depends on the treatment. Some changes are visible early, while others develop over several weeks. We set out what is realistic for you before the treatment.

You receive clear aftercare guidance and know who to turn to with questions. We arrange follow-up appointments where they make sense.

We can only give you reliable price information once we have seen you. After the initial consultation, you receive a transparent proposal with clear prices in CHF. It does not include unnecessary packages.

Aesthetic treatments are usually self-funded. In medically justified cases, we discuss the available options with you individually.

You can order a gift card from Aesthetics Medical as a gift. It can be used for any of our treatments. We send it to you by post, or you collect it during our opening hours at Utoquai 37 once we have let you know it is ready. To order, send us an e-mail at info@aestheticsmedical.ch.
