MESO-T8+ is a needle-free form of mesotherapy in which active ingredients are delivered into the superficial layers of the skin. To do this, the treatment combines three coordinated steps: mesotransduction with electrical impulses, phototherapy with LED light and controlled cooling. The aim is to hydrate the skin and support its regeneration.
MESO-T8+ may be an option for fine lines, dehydrated or dull skin, or early to moderate signs of skin ageing, including in sensitive skin. The face, eye contour, neck and décolleté can be treated. During your consultation, we analyse your skin, assess suitability and agree on the treatment goal and active ingredients.

Face
On the face, MESO-T8+ may be considered for wrinkles, loss of firmness, pigmentation and dehydration. The ingredients used are matched to your particular skin concerns.
Eye Contour
The delicate eye area is treated with precisely delivered active ingredients. The focus is on fine lines and crow’s feet, the small lines at the outer corners of the eyes.
Neck
On the neck, MESO-T8+ can be used for horizontal neck lines and signs of skin ageing. The aim is to improve skin texture in this area.
Décolleté
On the décolleté, the treatment is suitable for sun-related pigmentation and reduced skin firmness. If you wish, it can be combined with the face and neck in a single session.
How does MESO-T8+ work?
MESO-T8+ combines three treatment steps in one session. In mesotransduction, targeted electrical impulses make the skin temporarily more permeable, allowing the applied active ingredients to reach the superficial layers of the skin without needles. This principle is known as electroporation.
Phototherapy follows, in which the skin is treated with LED light to stimulate collagen formation. The final step is cryotherapy, a controlled application of cold at -3 °C to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow.
The choice of active ingredients depends on your skin. The base includes hyaluronic acid in different molecular weights, peptides, vitamin C, amino acids and growth factors. Depending on your concerns, further ingredients may be added: antioxidants or, for pigmentation, kojic acid and arbutin.

How does the treatment work and how long does it take?
After a skin analysis and cleansing, the chosen ingredients are applied and delivered into the skin with electrical impulses, without needles. This is followed by LED light treatment, controlled cooling and soothing final care with sun protection. A session takes about 60 minutes in total.
Is the treatment painful, and is anaesthesia used?
MESO-T8+ works without needles or injections and is generally well tolerated. The LED phototherapy may cause a pleasant feeling of warmth, and very sensitive skin may become slightly irritated. Local anaesthesia is only used if needed, and we clarify whether this applies to you before the first session.
What risks and side effects are possible?
Possible reactions are usually harmless and temporary: mild redness for about 1–2 hours and a pleasant feeling of warmth after phototherapy. Very rarely, very sensitive skin may become slightly irritated, or temporary dryness may occur if aftercare is insufficient. Your individual risks and the suitability of the treatment are discussed in detail during the medical consultation before treatment.
What should I consider before the treatment?
Before your first appointment, you receive clear instructions on medication and sun exposure. The treatment can be carried out all year round, including in the summer months. Make-up and impurities are removed at the start of the session. Any reasons that might speak against the treatment in your case are clarified during the consultation.
What should I consider after the treatment?
For the first 24 hours, gentle cleansing without harsh products is recommended, and intensive exercise, heavy sweating, saunas and hot baths should be avoided. During the first week, avoid sunbathing and sunbeds, use SPF 50+ whenever you are exposed to the sun and keep your skin moisturised.
How long does recovery take after the treatment?
Downtime is usually not needed after MESO-T8+, and you can return to your daily routine straight after the session. Any mild redness lasts about 1–2 hours. Restrictions on exercise, saunas and hot baths apply for the first 24 hours.

When do results become visible?
Initial effects, including radiant, better-hydrated skin, may be visible directly after treatment. Changes in fine lines, skin density and elasticity may continue to develop over 2–4 weeks and for up to 2–3 months. We explain beforehand what you can expect for your skin.
How long do the results last?
After a completed course, the effect usually lasts around 2–3 months. To maintain it, maintenance treatments can follow, and we agree on the interval together with you.
How many sessions are usually needed?
An initial course usually consists of 4–6 sessions at intervals of 2–3 weeks. Maintenance treatments may then follow every 2–3 months as needed. The number of sessions you need depends on your skin’s starting condition, your goals, age, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. We draw up your plan together after the skin analysis.
