Hyalase, also known as hyalu­ro­nidase, is an enzyme used to dissolve hyalu­ronic acid fillers. It is parti­cu­larly useful when fillers have been overcor­rected, migrated, or caused uneven results. After careful exami­nation, the required dose of Hylase is injected precisely into the area where the filler needs to be dissolved. The enzyme starts working within minutes, with full effect seen in 24–72 hours.
