NCTF® 135HA is a form of mesotherapy in which very fine injections supply the skin with hyaluronic acid and other active ingredients. The aim is to improve skin hydration and quality and to counteract early signs of skin ageing. The focus is on skin quality, and the treatment is not intended to add volume.
The treatment may be considered for tired, dull or dry skin, fine lines and reduced elasticity. The face, neck, décolleté and hands can be treated. Beforehand, a doctor discusses with you whether the treatment suits you, what the course of treatment looks like and what risks are involved.

What is NCTF® 135HA?
NCTF® 135HA (New Cellular Treatment Factor) by Filorga is a medically developed complex of active ingredients for mesotherapy. It combines non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid with more than 50 regenerative ingredients, including vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, nucleic acids and minerals. The treatment does not involve a volumising filler.
In mesotherapy, the solution is introduced with microinjections, meaning very fine needle pricks, into the superficial dermis, the upper part of the skin layer beneath the surface. It is distributed evenly there and works over several days and weeks by reactivating cellular processes.
The treatment stimulates cell activity and visibly improves the skin’s hydration, elasticity and texture. Treatment usually takes the form of a course that is adapted to your skin and later supplemented with maintenance appointments.

How does the treatment work and how long does it take?
NCTF® 135HA is introduced into the superficial dermis by mesotherapy, meaning fine microinjections. A numbing cream can be applied beforehand if needed. The session takes about 30 minutes, and you should allow around 1 hour for the whole appointment.
Is the treatment painful, and is anaesthesia used?
The treatment is considered well tolerated, although how the fine injections feel varies from person to person. If you wish, a numbing cream is applied beforehand to make the treatment more comfortable.

Before your appointment, we discuss whether the treatment suits your skin. You receive the specific preparation instructions, including on medication and sun exposure, in person during your consultation.
What should I consider after the treatment?
Avoid make-up for the first 24 hours, and avoid exercise, saunas and sunbeds for the first 48 hours. During this time, cleanse your skin with mild products and remember to use sun protection.
How long does recovery take after the treatment?
Usually, little or no downtime is to be expected after NCTF® 135HA. Any redness, swelling or small bruises are temporary, and you can wear make-up again after 24 hours.

When do results become visible?
The active ingredients take effect over several days and weeks. Over the course of the treatment series, the quality of your skin can visibly improve, although how pronounced the changes are differs between individuals.
How long do the results last?
Depending on your starting point and skin condition, the result lasts around 3–6 months. To maintain it, top-up treatments every 4–6 months are recommended, timed to suit your skin.
How many sessions are usually needed?
A two-phase schedule is usually recommended: first 3 treatments 15 days apart, then 2 treatments one month apart. Further maintenance appointments follow, spaced according to your skin. We agree the plan with you.
