GenoDiet Complete looks at the genetic code behind how your body processes carbohydrates, fats, proteins and key micronutrients, and turns that into a nutrition strategy built around your own biology.
The genetic nutrition analysis examines areas that describe how your body handles nutrients: how it responds to carbohydrates, fats and proteins, how it reacts to a reduction in calories, how it takes up micronutrients and which foods it tolerates less well. The report brings these areas together and gives recommendations for each of them.
Benefits at a Glance
- Reveals how your body really responds to carbohydrates, fats and protein
- Explains food sensitivities you may have lived with for years
- Uncovers micronutrient needs that generic diets miss
- Turns your genetic data into a nutrition plan built only for you
The analysis is intended for people who are not getting far with general nutritional rules and want to know which adjustments suit their own characteristics. It does not provide a diagnosis and does not replace a medical examination. What the report means for your daily life is discussed in person.
Related Analyses
Areas Examined
The analysis consists of four modules.
Weight
Sensitivity to carbohydrates, fats and proteins, response to a reduction in calories, tendency to regain weight after a diet, visceral fat, weight loss through exercise, and behavioural and emotional factors.
Metabolism
Tendency towards inflammatory processes, blood lipids including LDL, HDL and triglycerides, detoxification capacity, antioxidant capacity, and glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity.
Micronutrients
Uptake of calcium and magnesium, and metabolism of choline, folates, vitamin B12, vitamin D and vitamin C.
Food Tolerance
Gluten intolerance, primary lactose intolerance, and sensitivity to histamine, salt, caffeine, alcohol, iron and nickel.
Guidance on Foods
As an annex you receive an overview of which foods suit your characteristics and which ones to use more sparingly. It is built from the report together with the details you give about your health.
How does the genetic nutrition analysis work?
In the laboratory, the gene variants of the four modules are determined from your sample. The genes involved take part in the transport, conversion and breakdown of nutrients. Variants in these genes can mean that a metabolic pathway works more slowly, or that your requirement for a micronutrient is higher than the general reference value.
For each area, the report states the result and explains what it means. It adds recommendations on how to deal with it, along with the scientific basis of the investigation in question.
The guidance on foods does not come from genetics alone: it also takes into account what you tell us about symptoms and intolerances. Where the two contradict each other, an existing complaint takes precedence over a genetic predisposition.
- Four modules in one report
- Result and explanation for every area
- Guidance on foods as an annex
- A medical review of the report
Why the nutrition analysis at Aesthetics Medical?
Your report becomes a nutrition plan in the same conversation — concrete, prioritised, and specific to you.
From Report to Plan
We go through the report with you and agree which two or three adjustments come first, instead of leaving you with a long list.
Your Own Details Included
Symptoms, intolerances and medication are part of the interpretation. We take them into account before making recommendations.
Linked to Body Treatments
If you are having a body treatment at the same time, your nutrition can be aligned with it.
Clear Limits
The report provides indications, not diagnoses. Where a medical assessment is needed, we say so.
What does the analysis involve?
Consultation
We clarify your goal and whether the nutrition analysis fits it, and you learn what the report contains.
Consent
You receive the information in writing and confirm it before the sample is taken.
Sample Collection and Questionnaire
The sample is taken at the practice. We also record details of your health and habits, because the guidance on foods builds on them.
Laboratory Analysis
The laboratory determines the gene variants and produces the report with its annex.
Review Appointment
We go through the four modules and agree the first steps.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the analysis work and how long does it take?
After the consultation and your consent, the sample is taken and a short questionnaire on health and habits is completed. The laboratory produces the report, which we then go through together.
Is sample collection uncomfortable?
No. It takes only a few minutes and is not painful.
What risks and limits does the analysis have?
Sample collection itself carries little risk. In terms of content: the report describes predispositions rather than diseases, the evaluations are based on studies in European populations, and nutrition always works together with exercise, sleep and environment. If you have symptoms, a medical assessment is the first step.
What should I consider before sample collection?
You receive instructions on how to prepare before the appointment. Make a note of symptoms, intolerances and medication, as these details feed into the interpretation.
What happens after the analysis?
You receive the report with the guidance on foods, and in the review appointment we agree which adjustments you make first.
Is there any downtime?
No. The appointment does not change your day.
Show all 11 questions
When is the report ready?
After 3–4 weeks. As soon as it arrives, we arrange the review appointment.
How long are the results valid?
Permanently, because your gene variants do not change. The recommendations are adjusted when your goals or your circumstances change.
How many appointments are needed?
Two: the consultation with sample collection, and the review of the report.
Who is the analysis suitable for?
For people who want to tailor their nutrition more precisely, for instance around weight, intolerances or micronutrients. With existing medical conditions, the analysis belongs within medical care.
How much does the analysis cost?
The cost is quoted on request. You will receive the exact amount after your personal consultation.
