What is LPG Endermology?

LPG Endermology is a patented, non-invasive treatment method that has been specially developed to combat cellulite and tissue slackening. The procedure was invented in France and has established itself over decades as one of the most effective methods for improving the appearance of the skin.

The treatment is based on mechanical stimulation of the tissue using motorised rollers and regulated negative pressure. This:

  1. Adhesions in the connective tissue are loosened: Fat cells that are held together by collagen fibres and cause the typical ‘orange peel’ appearance are mobilised.
  2. Blood circulation is activated: Improved blood flow increases the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the skin.
  3. Lymph flow is stimulated: Excess fluid and toxins are removed, which reduces swelling.
  4. Collagen production is stimulated: for firmer, more elastic skin
  5. Fat metabolism is promoted: supports the breakdown of fat deposits

The special feature of the LPG method is that it treats the tissue on several levels, achieving long-term improvements that go beyond mere drainage.

What is the treatment procedure?

Treatment with LPG Endermology is pleasant and straightforward:

1. Preparation

For the treatment, you wear a special, thin bodysuit that allows the massage to be transferred to your tissue in the best possible way and is also hygienic.

2. Treatment

The areas of the body to be treated are systematically massaged using the special LPG handpiece. The precisely controlled rollers and negative pressure gently lift, roll and knead the tissue. The intensity is individually adjusted to your skin type and needs.

The treatment feels like an intense, deep massage and is found to be very pleasant by most customers.

3. Aftercare

You can resume your normal activities immediately after the treatment. To support the effect, we recommend drinking plenty of water to promote the removal of toxins.

A single treatment lasts about 40 minutes, depending on the area being treated.

Frequently asked questions

LPG lymphatic drainage, also known as endermology, is a non-invasive treatment method that uses a special device to mechanically stimulate the subcutaneous tissue. Motorised rollers and regulated negative pressure loosen adhesions in the connective tissue, improve blood circulation and stimulate lymph flow. This leads to a reduction in cellulite, firmer skin and improved contouring of problem areas.

The LPG method works on several levels:

  • Mechanical: Loosens adhesions between fat cells and connective tissue, which are responsible for the typical ‘orange peel’ appearance
  • Circulatory: Promotes blood and lymph circulation, which improves the removal of metabolic waste and excess fluid
  • Cellular: Stimulates fibroblasts, which are responsible for the production of collagen and elastin
  • Metabolic: Activates lipolysis (fat breakdown) and improves tissue metabolism

Thanks to this multi-layered effect, LPG Endermologie achieves more lasting results than many other cellulite treatments.

  • Clinically proven effectiveness: The method has been used successfully for over 30 years
  • Non-invasive and painless: No needles, no surgery, no anaesthesia required
  • No downtime: You can resume your normal activities immediately after treatment
  • Versatile: Treatment of cellulite, tissue slackening, fat deposits and for facial tightening
  • Natural results: The results develop gradually and look natural
  • Long-lasting effect: Especially with regular use and a healthy lifestyle
  • Holistic approach: Supports the metabolism and complements other measures such as dietary changes and exercise

The LPG method is particularly effective for:

  • Cellulite (orange peel skin) of varying degrees
  • Localised fat deposits on the thighs, stomach, hips and arms
  • Sagging tissue after weight loss or pregnancy
  • Swelling caused by water retention
  • Heavy, tired legs
  • Age-related sagging of the face and neck
  • Improvement of the overall appearance and structure of the skin

The treatment begins with a consultation to discuss your needs and goals. You will then wear a special bodysuit, which ensures optimal hygiene and ideal massage transmission. The LPG handpiece is then used to systematically treat the areas of the body to be treated. The device generates a combination of negative pressure and rolling movements that gently lift, roll and knead the tissue. The intensity is adjusted individually. The treatment lasts about 40 minutes and feels like an intense, deep massage.

Many customers report a more pleasant skin feeling, improved blood circulation and lighter legs after just one treatment. For visible improvements in cellulite and a noticeable firming of the tissue, 6-10 treatments are usually required, ideally 1-2 times per week. Optimal results develop after a complete treatment cycle and can be maintained in the long term with regular maintenance treatments (once or twice a month).

The LPG method is suitable for most people, but should not be used in the following cases:

  • Pregnancy
  • Acute vein inflammation (phlebitis)
  • Severe circulatory disorders
  • Untreated or poorly controlled cardiovascular disease
  • Open wounds or skin infections in the treatment area
  • Recent surgery (waiting period approx. 3 months)
  • Certain types of cancer (please consult your doctor)

We will assess your individual situation in detail during your consultation.

The LPG method is very safe with minimal side effects. Occasionally, the following may occur after treatment:

  • Slight redness in the treated area (subsides within a few hours)
  • A slight feeling of pressure
  • Increased urge to urinate due to increased lymphatic activity

More serious side effects are extremely rare.

What are the risks and side effects of LPG lymphatic drainage?

No, there is no downtime. You can resume your normal activities, work, exercise and appear in public immediately after treatment. We simply recommend drinking plenty of water after treatment to help flush out metabolic waste products.

For optimal results, we recommend:

  • Initial phase: 6–10 treatments, ideally 1–2 times per week
  • Maintenance phase: 1–2 treatments per month to maintain results

Individual treatment plans are tailored to your specific needs and goals during our consultation.

To support and maximise the effects of LPG Endermologie, we recommend:

  • Regular physical activity
  • Adequate fluid intake (at least 2 litres of water per day)
  • A balanced diet with reduced sugar and salt consumption
  • Avoidance of excessive alcohol consumption
  • Regular skin care with special anti-cellulite products

These measures support the effects of LPG treatment and contribute to long-lasting success.
