Jalupro® is a biorevitalisation treatment in which a preparation of hyaluronic acid and essential amino acids is injected into the skin using fine needles. This combination stimulates the body’s own collagen production and supports skin regeneration. The aim is firmer, smoother and more radiant skin, without adding volume.
The treatment may be considered for tired or lax skin, fine lines, loss of elasticity, sun damage, scars or stretch marks. It can be used on the face, neck, décolleté and hands. Suitability, the session plan and risks are discussed with a doctor beforehand.

Treatment Areas
Jalupro® can be used on the face, neck, décolleté and hands.
Tired, Lax Skin
When skin looks tired or lax, the stimulated collagen formation can contribute to greater firmness and a fresher, more even complexion.
Fine Lines and Wrinkles
For fine lines and superficial wrinkles, the treatment aims to make the skin look smoother and more even.
Loss of Elasticity
Where the skin has lost some of its elasticity, Jalupro® can help to improve elasticity and firmness again.
Sun-Damaged Skin
Skin that has been affected by sun exposure can also be treated with Jalupro® to improve overall skin quality.
Scars and Stretch Marks
Jalupro® may also be considered for scars or stretch marks. We check beforehand whether these areas are suitable for treatment.
What is Jalupro®?
Jalupro® is an injectable preparation for biorevitalisation, a treatment aimed specifically at improving skin quality. It combines hyaluronic acid with essential amino acids.
The preparation is introduced into the mid-dermis, the middle part of the skin’s dermal layer, using fine needles. There, the combination of active ingredients stimulates the body’s own collagen production and supports skin regeneration.
This can increase elasticity and firmness and help the skin look smoother and fresher. As Jalupro® focuses on skin quality, it does not build volume. Treatment is planned as a course of several sessions.
- Hyaluronic acid with essential amino acids
- Injection into the mid-dermis
- Stimulates collagen production
- Course of 2–4 sessions

Why Jalupro® at Aesthetics Medical?
Collagen Stimulation
Jalupro® works with the body’s own collagen formation. This can improve elasticity and firmness and give the complexion a fresher look.
Focus on Skin Quality
The treatment targets the quality of the skin without building volume. It is therefore a good fit if you would like to look refreshed, not changed.
Several Areas
Besides the face, treatment is also possible on the neck, the décolleté and the hands. This allows skin quality to be addressed where it matters to you.
Medical Planning
The session plan and practical guidance are discussed with you by a doctor. This includes information about possible risks.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the treatment work and how long does it take?
After a skin analysis, Jalupro® is injected into the mid-dermis with fine needles. An anaesthetic cream can be applied beforehand if needed. The treatment itself takes about 30 minutes; please allow around an hour for the appointment.
Is the treatment painful, and is anaesthesia used?
How the injections feel varies from person to person. The needles used are fine, and an anaesthetic cream can be applied beforehand to make the treatment more comfortable. We decide together before the appointment whether this makes sense for you.
What risks and side effects are possible?
Mild redness, swelling or small haematomas, meaning bruises, may occur. These generally subside after 1–2 days. A doctor will inform you about any other possible risks before your first treatment.
What should I consider before the treatment?
Before your first appointment, a doctor checks whether the treatment is suitable for you, and you receive clear instructions about medication. As exercise and saunas should be avoided for 24–48 hours afterwards, it is worth scheduling the appointment accordingly. Anything else that matters for your skin is covered in your consultation.
What should I consider after the treatment?
Avoid exercise and saunas for the first 24–48 hours. Apply sun protection and cool the area if needed. Massages or other skin treatments in the same area should be avoided for about 5 days.
How long does recovery take after the treatment?
After Jalupro®, there is usually little or no downtime. Mild redness, swelling or small bruises may appear temporarily and generally settle after 1–2 days. During this time, please follow the guidance on exercise, saunas and sun protection.

When do results become visible?
First changes usually become visible after 2–4 weeks. The treatment is planned as a course, so the appearance of the skin continues to develop across the sessions. We discuss how your skin is responding at the follow-up appointments.
How long do the results last?
After the course of treatment, the result remains visible for around 6–9 months, depending on your skin condition and lifestyle. A repeat treatment is possible at these intervals to refresh the effect. We agree a suitable time for it together with you.
How many sessions are usually needed?
A course of 2–4 treatments about 2 weeks apart is usually recommended. After that, top-up sessions can be planned every 6–9 months. We decide how many appointments make sense for your skin after the skin analysis.
Who is the treatment suitable for?
Jalupro® may be suitable if your skin looks tired or lax, has lost elasticity or shows fine lines, sun damage, scars or stretch marks. Treatment is possible on the face and neck as well as the décolleté and hands. A doctor assesses your suitability before the first session.
How much does the treatment cost?
Jalupro® costs from CHF 400 per session. Aesthetic treatments are usually paid for privately. We give you the exact amount once the areas and number of sessions have been agreed.
