XERF stands for eXperience Exponential RF and describes a contem­porary procedure that firms the skin using radio­fre­quency heat alone, requiring neither injec­tions nor incisions. What sets it apart is the interplay of two frequencies. It pairs a 6.78 MHz signal that concen­trates on the upper dermis with a 2 MHz signal designed to act on the deeper scaffolding of the skin. In this way, several tissue depths can be worked within a single appli­cation, which can give the tissue greater stability and refine the skin's surface. Under the warmth, weakened collagen tissue can contract, so the skin often appears tighter right after the session. At the same time, fresh elastic and supportive struc­tures are intended to develop over the following weeks. How the treatment works

1. Prepa­ration

Everything begins with a personal consul­tation and a careful skin analysis. Together we determine the suitable areas and create an individual treatment plan. We'll also walk you through what the treatment involves, what it costs, and what you should know about toler­a­bility before you decide.

2. Treatment

During the session, we move the appli­cator evenly over the previously defined zones. The combined frequencies deliver controlled deep warmth that is barely percep­tible and usually experi­enced as pleasant, while an integrated chilling system keeps the outermost skin comfor­table throughout. Depending on the area, you should allow around half an hour to a full hour per treatment; no anaes­thetic is required.

3. Aftercare

After the treatment, you can return to your everyday routine right away. Slight redness is possible but usually subsides quickly. No recovery period is necessary. For the first few days, avoid intense sun, tanning beds and sauna visits, and protect the skin with a high sun protection factor (50+).
