HydraFacial® is a non-invasive treatment that thoroughly cleanses, gently exfoliates and hydrates the skin. Its patented Vortex-Fusion® technology combines several steps in one application: dead skin cells and impurities are loosened and removed while selected active ingredients are delivered to the skin at the same time.
The treatment may be considered for congested or blemish-prone skin, dry and dull skin, uneven texture, fine lines and visible signs of skin ageing. Before your first session, we assess your skin and tailor the programme, any boosters and your aftercare accordingly.

Congested Pores
For congested pores, blackheads and acne-prone skin, a gentle GlySal™ peel first prepares the pores. Vortex extraction then removes blackheads and impurities gently using controlled suction.
Pigmentation
Brightening serums containing vitamin C and kojic acid can help to improve uneven skin tone and visible pigmentation. Antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid complement the treatment for a more even, smoother complexion.
Dull, Tired Skin
When skin looks dull and tired, the treatment combines deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and chosen active ingredients for a fresher appearance. Optional LED light therapy can complement the session.
Sensitive Skin
This gentle form of hydradermabrasion is also suitable for sensitive, reactive and rosacea-prone skin. Soothing, hydrating ingredients can help to ease redness and tightness, leaving the skin looking calmer and more balanced.
Neck and Décolleté
In the Deluxe combination programme, the neck and décolleté are included in the treatment. The session then takes around 90 minutes and also includes a massage.
Scalp (Keravive™)
The HydraFacial® Keravive™ treatment cleanses and exfoliates the scalp and supplies the scalp and hair follicles with growth factors and skin proteins. The aim is a healthy scalp and healthier, fuller-looking hair.
What is HydraFacial®?
HydraFacial® is a patented form of hydradermabrasion: spiral water vortices gently loosen dead skin cells and impurities from the skin surface. Vortex-Fusion technology combines deep cleansing, exfoliation, pore extraction and intensive hydration while supplying the skin with selected ingredients.
The treatment follows a four-step protocol: the skin is first cleansed and exfoliated, and the pores are then cleared using Vortex extraction. Finally, antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and peptides are delivered into the skin.
Different Vortex tips, the attachments for the handpiece, allow targeted cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration, and a booster can be added where the skin needs it. Keravive™ applies the same concept to the scalp, supplying it with growth factors and skin proteins. HydraFacial® combines well with other aesthetic treatments, and the order and interval follow your personalised treatment protocol.

What does the treatment involve?
Skin Analysis
We begin by assessing your skin and selecting the right HydraFacial® programme. Depending on your skin type and goals, we decide on the steps, Vortex tips and active ingredients.
Cleansing and Peel
The skin is gently cleansed and dead skin cells are removed. The preparatory peel smooths the skin surface and readies the pores for deep cleansing.
Extraction
Using controlled suction, Vortex extraction removes blackheads and remaining impurities with no manual squeezing. At the same time, hydrating active ingredients are applied.
Infusion
Vortex-Fusion technology delivers antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and peptides to the skin. An additional booster can be chosen to suit the condition of your skin.
LED and Care
Optional LED light therapy can round off the treatment. Finally, a soothing, hydrating skincare product is applied.
Aftercare
You receive recommendations for your ongoing skincare. You can usually return to your normal activities straight after the appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the treatment work and how long does it take?
After a brief skin analysis, your skin is cleansed and exfoliated, and the pores are then cleared with Vortex extraction. Finally, active ingredients such as antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and peptides are applied, with an optional LED session to follow. An appointment takes 60–90 minutes, depending on the programme.
Is the treatment painful, and is anaesthesia used?
We do our best to make the treatment as comfortable as possible; pain perception varies from person to person. Cleansing and extraction are carried out without needles using gentle Vortex technology, while the skin stays continuously hydrated. Anaesthesia is not required for this.
What risks and side effects are possible?
HydraFacial® is generally well tolerated. Mild redness occasionally occurs and usually settles within 1–2 hours, and very sensitive skin may rarely become slightly irritated. We discuss which reactions to expect for your skin before your first session.
What should I consider before the treatment?
Before your appointment, you receive clear instructions on how to prepare. HydraFacial® combines well with other aesthetic treatments, so please let us know if you are planning or have recently had other treatments, as the order and interval follow your personalised treatment protocol. Anything else is clarified during the skin analysis before the treatment.
What should I consider after the treatment?
At the end of the session, we apply a soothing, hydrating skincare product. You then receive recommendations on how to continue caring for your skin at home. If questions come up after your appointment, you know whom to contact.
How long does recovery take after the treatment?
You can usually return to your normal activities straight after the treatment. Any mild redness that occasionally appears generally fades within 1–2 hours.

How long your fresher-looking skin lasts varies from person to person and depends on the condition of your skin. For maintenance, treatments every 6–8 weeks are generally recommended, and we discuss the intervals with you.

The number of sessions depends on your skin condition and treatment goal. There are often 4–8 weeks between appointments, usually 6–8 weeks for maintenance, and shorter intervals may be appropriate for certain skin concerns. We set the right rhythm together with you in a personalised treatment protocol.
Who is the treatment suitable for?
HydraFacial® may be suitable for various skin types, including sensitive and rosacea-prone skin. Typical concerns include congested pores, acne-prone skin, dry or dull skin, uneven texture and fine lines. We check whether the treatment suits your skin during the skin analysis before your first session.
How much does the treatment cost?
A 60-minute HydraFacial® deep cleansing treatment costs CHF 220. Programmes with lymphatic drainage or with the neck and décolleté cost CHF 265 and CHF 350 respectively, and the Keravive™ scalp treatment costs CHF 600. As an aesthetic treatment, HydraFacial® is usually paid for privately.
