RF Secret Microneedling combines microneedling and radiofrequency in a single treatment. Fine microneedles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, while radiofrequency energy is delivered through the needles into deeper layers, where it produces targeted heat. Together, this stimulates the skin's natural production of collagen and elastin, which can help the skin look firmer and more elastic.
It may be considered for fine lines and wrinkles, lax skin, enlarged pores and uneven skin tone, as well as acne scars and stretch marks. At the consultation, we assess your skin and decide which areas to treat and how many sessions are appropriate.

How does RF Secret Microneedling work?
This treatment brings two methods together in one step. In microneedling, very fine microneedles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These activate the natural healing process and stimulate the formation of growth factors, the body's own signalling substances for skin regeneration.
At the same time, radiofrequency energy is delivered through the needles directly into deeper layers of the skin. There it creates a targeted thermal effect, meaning controlled warming of the tissue.
The combination promotes the production of collagen and elastin, improves skin texture and supports tissue renewal. The effect continues to develop in the weeks after treatment and can contribute to natural skin tightening.

What does the treatment involve?
Consultation
In a detailed consultation, we discuss your skin concerns, the areas you would like treated and your goals. Together, we decide how many sessions are appropriate.
Preparation
On the day of treatment, your skin is cleansed thoroughly. An anaesthetic cream is then applied to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.
Treatment
The RF Secret handpiece guides the radiofrequency-coupled microneedles precisely across the selected areas of skin. Depending on the area, the treatment takes around 60 minutes.
Aftercare
A cooling mask and a hyaluronic acid ampoule soothe the skin, followed by LED phototherapy and cryolifting. Afterwards, the skin may be slightly red, similar to mild sunburn, which usually fades within 24–48 hours.
Further Sessions
A course of 3–6 treatments at intervals of 4–6 weeks is often appropriate. After the course, maintenance treatments can follow every six months or once a year.

How does the treatment work and how long does it take?
After thorough cleansing, an anaesthetic cream is applied. The RF Secret handpiece is then guided across the agreed areas, with the microneedles entering the skin while delivering radiofrequency energy at the same time. Finally, the skin is cared for with a hyaluronic ampoule, LED light and cryolifting. The treatment takes around 60 minutes, depending on the area.
Is the treatment painful, and is anaesthesia used?
Before we start, a local numbing cream is applied to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. This keeps discomfort low, and the method is generally well tolerated. We are happy to answer any questions about how it feels beforehand.
What risks and side effects are possible?
Possible temporary side effects include redness, which usually lasts 24–48 hours, mild swelling and increased skin sensitivity. In very rare cases, small bruises or scabs can form, while serious complications are extremely rare. We will explain the risks in your case in detail during the consultation.
What should I consider before the treatment?
Before the first session, there is a detailed consultation in which we discuss your skin and your goals. In good time before the appointment, you receive clear guidance on medication and sun exposure. Anything else that applies in your case is covered in person at that appointment.
What should I consider after the treatment?
Do not apply make-up for 24 hours, and avoid intensive physical activity for 48 hours. Avoid saunas, steam baths and swimming pools for 3–5 days and intense sun for at least one week, using SPF 50+ sun protection consistently. For the first few days, use only mild, non-irritating skincare, and drink enough water to support healing.
How long does recovery take after the treatment?
Downtime is minimal, as most people can return to their daily routine directly after treatment. The initial redness resembles mild sunburn and generally subsides within 24–48 hours. From the day after treatment, it can be covered with mineral make-up.
