KARISMA is an injectable product for biorevitalisation, a treatment aimed at improving skin quality. It combines non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, recombinant type I collagen and carboxymethylcellulose in a single formulation. The treatment is intended to promote the skin’s natural regeneration and support the production of collagen and elastin.
KARISMA may be considered mainly for mild to moderate skin laxity, loss of structure and firmness, and fine lines. In a medical consultation beforehand, we clarify whether the product suits your skin, how the treatment works and what risks are involved.

Treatment Areas
KARISMA is used in the facial and neck area, including for the following skin concerns.
Skin Laxity
KARISMA can be used for mild to moderate skin laxity. The aim is to improve declining firmness and structure.
Fine Lines
Fine lines are among the areas of use, including nasolabial folds and marionette lines. We assess which lines are suitable for treatment during the examination.
Expression Lines
Expression lines where the tissue has not lost volume are also among the possible areas of application for KARISMA.
Stressed Skin
For skin stressed by environmental factors or ageing, the treatment aims to support natural regeneration.
What is KARISMA?
KARISMA is a product for skin biorevitalisation and contains three components. The hyaluronic acid is non-cross-linked, meaning its molecules are not chemically bonded to one another. The type I collagen is recombinant, meaning it is produced biotechnologically, and it is derived from silk. Carboxymethylcellulose, a substance derived from cellulose, completes the formulation.
The product is injected into defined points on the face or neck using fine needles. There, it is intended to promote natural regeneration and support the production of collagen and elastin in the skin.
The effect develops gradually over several weeks. KARISMA is biocompatible, meaning compatible with body tissue, and fully resorbable: the body breaks the product down by itself over time. The treatment can be combined with other aesthetic treatments such as PRP or microneedling.
