How It Is Composed
A protocol is an ordered sequence of coordinated treatments. In Body Sculpt, muscle-stimulation sessions and connective-tissue massage sessions alternate throughout the series.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the protocol work and how long does a session take?
After the consultation the series is planned and spread over several weeks. During an EMSculpt Neo® session you lie down and the applicator is attached to the zone. A session takes around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the method.
Is the protocol painful, and is anaesthesia used?
The muscle contractions with EMSculpt Neo® are clearly noticeable but are usually described as easy to tolerate, and the intensity is adapted to how you feel. The LPG® massage is often experienced as pleasant. Neither method requires anaesthesia.
What risks and side effects are possible?
A sensation similar to muscle soreness in the days after a session is possible, as is temporary redness or tenderness of the treated skin. Exclusion criteria, such as metal implants in the treatment area, are checked before the series starts.
What should I consider before starting the protocol?
Eat lightly before the session and drink enough fluids. Wear comfortable clothing that opens easily over the treatment zone. Tell us in advance about implants, pacemakers or metallic foreign bodies.
What should I consider after a session?
Drink enough after the session and move as usual. A sensation similar to muscle soreness is possible and normally subsides on its own. Further guidance is given to you straight afterwards.
How long does recovery take after a session?
Both methods require no recovery time. Daily activities are usually possible straight after the session, and sport is fine as long as it feels comfortable.
When do results become visible?
Changes develop over the course of the series. With EMSculpt Neo® the full effect is described after around two to three months, with LPG® usually after six to ten sessions. Progress is assessed together at your appointments.
How long do the results last?
Results last from several months up to a year, depending on your starting point. Regular exercise and a stable weight support their maintenance. Maintenance sessions can be scheduled as needed.

The series is planned as eight EMSculpt Neo® sessions and eight LPG® Endermology sessions. With EMSculpt Neo®, four sessions usually cover the front and four the back. Variations are possible after consultation.
