Frequently Asked Questions

How does the protocol work and how long does a session take?

After the skin assessment it is decided which components are used. A session starts with cleansing, followed by laser, active ingredients, light and the finishing step. Depending on scope, a session takes around 30 to 60 minutes.

Is the protocol painful, and is anaesthesia used?

During the laser step, warmth or mild burning is possible, and with mesotherapy a brief stinging sensation. A numbing cream can be applied beforehand. The light therapy is contact-free and is described as comfortable.

What risks and side effects are possible?

Redness, a feeling of warmth, mild swelling and temporary flaking are possible after laser and microinjections. Where there is a tendency to pigment changes, the intensity is adapted and consistent sun protection is discussed.

What should I consider before starting the protocol?

Avoid intense sun and tanning beds in the days before the session, and pause irritating skincare such as retinol or acids beforehand as agreed. Let us know which medication you are taking.

What should I consider after a session?

Keep the skin well moisturised in the days that follow and use a high sun protection factor daily. Pause sauna, steam bath and exfoliating products for a while. Detailed guidance is given after the session.

How long does recovery take after a session?

Recovery time remains short. Redness and warmth usually settle within one to two days, while fine flaking can last a few days. Make-up is usually possible again after checking with us.

When do results become visible?

First changes in the skin often appear a few days after the first session. Pigment and texture change over several weeks and across the series. Progress is assessed at follow-up appointments.

How long do the results last?

Results last around three to six months, depending on your skin. Consistent sun protection and suitable home care support their maintenance. Refresher sessions are scheduled as needed.

How many sessions does the protocol include?

Laser and mesotherapy usually call for several sessions; with mesotherapy often three to six at two- to four-week intervals. How many sessions make sense in your case is clarified with you beforehand.

Who is the protocol suitable for?

The protocol is suitable for adults with an uneven complexion, pigment changes or dull skin. Skin type, sun exposure habits and medication are checked beforehand. If there is acute skin inflammation in the treatment area, treatment is postponed.

How much does the protocol cost?

The package price depends on the components and zones selected and is quoted after the consultation. Individual prices for the treatments included are on the respective treatment pages.
